where do I begin? the furniture was old and a bit smelly, just delightful. oh, and a room upgrade woudl ve been lovely since I planned to stay for 5 days, but I guess that’s too much to expect. hot water? no thanks, enjoy ice-cold showers at night! almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The furniture was incredibly old and smelled musty, making it unbearable to stay. I had no hot water for late-night showers, which was unacceptable. Cleaning was minimal. they only made the bed and took out the trash, leaving the floors dirty throughout my entire stay.

Incredible location. just a short stroll to beautiful beaches. loads of fantastic food spots right around the corner! The pool was a hidden gem. never too crowded which was super relaxing!

The crib's mattress felt like a winter blanket with sheets—definitely not ideal for a baby!!! Plus, the small balcony was barely sufficient for our family of three!!! Consider upgrading furniture to enhance comfort!!!

I truly enjoyed my stay. the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room was kept clean daily, but the mattress for the baby was a letdown.

white palace is in a fantastic spot, just a stroll from the beach, with a supermarket nearby that's open late. the pool area is clean and peaceful, providing a perfect spot to relax. ketsa went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making us feel like family. the outdoor pool was beautiful, too.
